About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance Aptitude Trainer for a short-term one-week project. The candidate should have a good understanding of quantitative aptitude and be comfortable conducting practical training sessions and explaining aptitude concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
The trainer will work with learners to strengthen their problem-solving, logical thinking, and quantitative reasoning skills, with a focus on practical application and placement-oriented preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for learners.
- Explain quantitative aptitude concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Cover topics such as percentages, profit & loss, ratios, averages, time & work,
time & distance, simple and compound interest, number systems, and related topics.
- Guide learners through practical problems, exercises, and activities.
- Teach effective problem-solving techniques and shortcuts.
- Help learners improve speed and accuracy while solving aptitude questions.
- Conduct practice sessions and placement-oriented aptitude exercises.
- Address learner questions and provide individual guidance when required.
- Ensure sessions are interactive, practical, and easy to understand.
- Assess learner understanding through practice questions and activities.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude.
- Solid problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Familiarity with placement aptitude tests and competitive exam-style questions is preferre
