Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a CA Article Trainee and Paid up Assistant. The role involves assisting in accounting and financial reporting, preparing and reviewing working papers, and supporting statutory and tax audits under supervision.



Responsibilities include drafting and filing income tax and GST returns, supporting ROC filings and corporate compliance documentation, and helping with basic research on tax and regulatory matters. The trainee and assistant will interact with clients for data collection and clarification, maintain organized records and workpapers, and contribute to the timely completion of assignments. The role also includes learning and applying professional standards, participating in internal training, and supporting senior team members in day-to-day firm operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting, including familiarity with basic standards and ledger maintenance.
