Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly Creative Lead with a strong background in marketing or advertising agencies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across static and motion design, along with the ability to lead a creative team, develop strong visual concepts, and translate marketing briefs into impactful creative communication.

This role requires a balance of creative thinking, design expertise, leadership, and robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and other creative professionals.
- Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, branding, and other marketing channels.
- Guide the creation of both static creatives and motion/video content.
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts and visual communication.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on designs,



ensuring high-quality creative output.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual language, and overall creative standards.
- Work closely with marketing, content, strategy, account management, and other teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight agency-style deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, advertising trends, AI/design tools, and emerging creative practices.
- Take ownership of the creative process from concept and ideation through execution and final delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in static design, digital creatives, campaign design, and motion graphics/video content.
