About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with hands-on experience in Revit and BIM workflows to work on international architectural projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural modeling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare SD, DD, CD, GFC, and Construction Documentation.
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for clash-free models.
- Create and modify Revit families and architectural details.
- Perform BIM coordination and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- B.Arch / M.Arch.
- 1-5 years of experience in BIM Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in BIM Modeling,



Construction Documentation, and Coordination.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of LOD, BIM standards, and architectural detailing.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience on US, UK, or Middle East projects is preferred.
