Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new laboratory tests and protocols.
- Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including test results and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including chromatography and spectroscopy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
