Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor production processes and support supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
- Coordinate with different departments (quality, design, maintenance, and stores) for smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Maintain proper records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
- Support in troubleshooting basic machine/process issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Assist in implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic manufacturing processes.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
