Key Responsibilities

• Counselling Coordination and Candidate Engagement

• CRM and Data Management

• Performance and Productivity Management

• Ensure achievement of daily calling and lead generation targets.

• Continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency using CRM and AI tools.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CRM or Lead Management Software.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Strong call handling and telephonic communication techniques.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital platforms and new technologies.

• Familiarity with AI tools for call summaries, communication drafting, follow-up tracking, and productivity enhancement.

• Ability to maintain and manage digital records accurately. Soft Skills • Excellent verbal communication skills.
