We are looking for a Purchase & Vendor Development Executive to Sourcing, Identify, Evaluate, and Onboard new vendors across categories (Services, Materials, Equipment) based on business requirements. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

Purchase Executive responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you are identifying the most profitable offers.

Ultimately, you'll create and maintain valuable relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To strategically plan and execute the purchase and vendor development strategy for core manufacturing commodities, ensuring operational excellence, strict compliance, and maximum cost efficiency across the division, while coordinating with various departments.

- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Manage import purchase operations, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and PO creation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
