Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety rules, regulations, and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety awareness training for employees.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and protected working practices.
- Ensure compliance with Work Permit, LOTO, Hot Work, Height Work, and Confined Space procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.
- Support fire safety, emergency preparedness, and evacuation drills.
- Coordinate with site and maintenance teams to ensure a safe working environment.
