Role Overview
Seeking an experienced
Strategic Account Manager
to build and strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise accounts within
Global Multinational Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical companies
and a proven ability to drive long-term business growth through strategic partnerships, portfolio expansion, and executive stakeholder engagement.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role requiring strong business acumen, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to engage with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders within strategic customer accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and develop current business opportunities across assigned key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Business Units to drive portfolio management initiatives, expand market share, and protect existing business.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate long-term commercial agreements with strategic customers.
- Understand customer business priorities and design value-added programs tailored to their requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion within existing accounts.
- Drive consistent revenue growth from strategic accounts across PAN India.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare business reviews, account forecasts, and performance reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent pos
