Job Description:
- Executive / Senior Executive System Administration & Backend Automation

Department: Information Technology

Role Objective:

The role is responsible for end-to-end
backend infrastructure management, server and application operations, and
intelligent automation of IT workflows. The position strengthens backend
capability through automation-first practices, containerization, data handling,
and AI-assisted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server & Backend Infrastructure
Management

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux
servers.

Manage Active Directory (AD), domain
controllers, replication, FSMO roles.

Design and maintain Group Policy Objects
(GPOs).

Handle user, group, OU, and service
account management.

Perform server hardening, patching,
performance tuning.

Monitor server health and manage backup
& DR.

Support virtualization platforms (Hyper-V
/ VMware).

2. Application & Database Backend
Management

Manage backend application servers.

Deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot
server-side applications.

Administer SQL Server / MySQL /




PostgreSQL (basic to intermediate).

Perform database backups and restores.

3. Workflow Automation & Scripting

Automate operations and workflows.

Develop scripts using PowerShell, Python,
or Bash.

Automate AD provisioning, monitoring,
backups, alerts.

4. Power BI Basic Automation &
Reporting

Create Power BI dashboards.

Automate data refresh and backend data
connections.

5. Containerization & Messaging

Deploy and manage Docker containers.

Work with MQTT or similar messaging
protocols.

6. AI & Intelligent Automation

Implement AI-assisted operations.

Use AI agents for automation, log
analysis, and efficiency.

7. Security & Compliance

Ensure AD security, access controls, and
policy enforcement.

Support ISMS / ISO 27001 compliance.

8. Documentation & Coordination

Maintain SOPs and technical
documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal
teams.
