Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement new processes and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process operations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a pharmaceutical or chemical plant.
- Solid knowledge of process engineering principles, including process design, development, and optimization.
- Experience with process simulation software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
