We are looking for Associate Regional Head for Agency channel to achieve business results through the team by developing a robust sales network within the circle.
What does the job entail?
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop ACHs, implement FC recruitment plans, ensure licensing TAT, drive activisation, support sales strategy, conduct reviews, establish reporting mechanisms, recruit and induct SDMs, identify training needs, provide leadership and coaching, conduct joint sales calls, plan customer/HNI meets, coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain sales quality standards.
Work Experience
10-12 years of relevant experience.
Essential Qualification
MBA (preferably Marketing or Finance).
Preferred Skills
Sales Management, People Management, Target Orientation, Retail and Distribution Sales in Financial Services, Leadership Skills.
