An NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Engineer inspects materials, welds, and structures for flaws, cracks, or corrosion without damaging them. They write testing procedures, analyze inspection data, ensure compliance with safety codes, and manage quality control for industries like aerospace, manufacturing, and construction.
- Develop Procedures: Write detailed NDT inspection methods and technical steps for specific projects.
- Perform & Oversee Tests: Use techniques like ultrasonic testing, radiography, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
- Analyze Results: Interpret test data, identify structural weaknesses, and document findings in reports.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow industry standards and health, safety, and workplace (HSE) guidelines.
- Review & Audit: Evaluate subcontractor work,



review technical submittals, and maintain testing records
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Materials Engineering.
- Certifications: Valid NDT Level II or Level III certifications in core methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) from recognized bodies like ASNT.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years or 5 plus years of hands-on experience in industrial inspection, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, blueprint reading, technical writing, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹600,001.00 per month
