We are seeking an ambitious, technically proficient, and results-driven Business Development

Manager (BDM) to lead sales and market expansion for our integrated power quality and energy-saving portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bridge technical solution selling with executive strategy, identifying key energy challenges (rising electricity tariffs, power factor penalties, total harmonic distortion [THD], equipment overheating, and ESG mandates) and presenting high-ROI engineering solutions to industrial and commercial decision-maker.

Responsibilites:

Consultative Technical Selling: Position Infiniteè's core hardware and service stack to Plant

Heads, Chief Electrical Engineers, Maintenance Heads, CFOs, and ESG/Sustainability Leads.

OEM & Partner Coordination: Collaborate effectively with OEM partners (Delta, UrbanPowa,

Yosumi) for proposal generation, site surveys, technical validation, and post-sales installation

support.

Pipeline & Revenue Management: Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, lead techno-

commercial negotiations, deliver ROI/payback calculations,



and achieve quarterly sales targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics

Engineering (EEE), or related technical discipline. An MBA in Marketing/Operations is a robust plus.

Experience: 2-3 years of proven hands-on sales experience in High/Medium Voltage electrical systems, Power Quality (APF/SVG/Capacitor Banks), Energy Efficiency technologies, or Industrial Automation.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), Power Factor penalties, Harmonic Distortion (IEEE 519 / CEA standards), reactive power compensation, and industrial energy tariffs.

Client Relationships: Established network of contacts across industrial facility heads, EPC

contractors, electrical consultants, and plant utility engineers.
