Hiring Senior Manager / AGM - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash-flow management, taxation, audits, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Review general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and closing activities.
- Manage banking relationships and oversee banking transactions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team.
- Support management in business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.
