Grocery Procurement, Packaging cum Customer Care Executive

Organization: Organelle Farms (Rach Skillhive LLP)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Department: Retail Operations
Reporting To: Retail Sales & Operations Head

CTC: 2.4 to 3.0 LPA(15% salary will be variable linked to KPIs)

Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or any related discipline.
- ITI/Diploma or certification in Retail, Packaging, Food Technology, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2 to 5 years in grocery retail, supermarkets, food retail, FMCG, packaging operations, or procurement.

Position Summary

The Grocery Procurement, Packaging cum Customer care Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of grocery products, maintaining attractive and hygienic packaging standards, supporting retail sales, assisting customers, coordinating home delivery orders, and ensuring excellent store presentation. This is a multi-functional role requiring strong operational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

A. Grocery Procurement
- Procure grocery and FMCG products from approved vendors and distributors.
- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions based on demand forecasts.
