We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, monitor performance, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Experience: More than 2 years in Operations / Administration

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Supervise teams, assign tasks, and monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Coordinate Marketing/Sales activities, targets, KPIs, and lead generation.
- Identify manpower needs and support recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technical, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions and process improvements.
- Monitor company resources and ensure efficient utilization.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Communicate management decisions and ensure timely execution.




- Address employee and operational concerns and coordinate resolutions.
- Support senior management in achieving business goals and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, administration, team management, or a related position.
- Previous experience in managing teams is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and employee coordination will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
