Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Business Development role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with automotive OEMs and tier suppliers, and driving sales growth for Piolax products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations,



negotiating pricing and contracts within established guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams on customer requirements and order fulfillment. The position also includes providing customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role may involve conducting product training and demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders, as well as tracking market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Sales skills with experience in lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Sales Management and Training skills to support pipeline tracking, reporting, and coaching or training for team members
