✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in Sourcing/recruitment and 3+ of experience as a Second-Level Manager (managing a team of Team Leaders who in turn manage on-ground sourcing specialists) within an agency, internal recruitment, or RPO environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience leading hiring initiatives for the Banking or BFSI sector is mandatory.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with a solid understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L;) management, ensuring sourcing operations are financially viable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
- Sourcing Strategy: Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced sourcing strategies and talent mapping to attract top-tier talent in the highly competitive financial market.
- Leadership & Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a highly motivated, multi-tiered, and competitive team.
- Mentorship: Ability to build the capability of your leadership team by coaching and mentoring Team Leads. Capable of identifying operational issues across the hierarchy and ensuring every member (from TLs to on-ground staff) is focused and driven to achieve collective objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: A predisposition to lead, drawing on core competencies of decisiveness and influencing, both within cross-level team management and senior client management. Highly comfortable managing demanding clients, high-stress situations, and juggling multiple strategic tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Analytical approach with an appreciation for specific processes. Ability to work within existing frameworks, but also recognize when a specific situation requires out-of-the-box thinking.
