Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschoolers, incorporating phonics, pre-primary, and Montessori methods.
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
- Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in early childhood education or related field (nursery teacher).
- Solid knowledge of phonics, pre-primary, and Montessori teaching methods.
- Ability to work effectively with young children aged 3-6 years old.
