Role Description

Prepare invoices, bills, challans, debit notes and credit notes based on sales orders.

Maintain accurate customer accounts,



outstanding balances and billing records.

Record cash, bank, and other customer receipts.

Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth billing and order processing.

Prepare basic billing summaries and MIS reports.

Maintain and organise invoices and supporting documents.

Assist with account reconciliation and audit requirements.

Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Excel.

• Valuable communication and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
