Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commerce Application Support professional with 6–10 years of experience in enterprise application support, troubleshooting, incident management, API testing, database validation, and cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience working with VB/VB6, .NET, Oracle SQL, SAP, Azure, PowerShell, REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, Power BI, EBS, and Kibana.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day application support activities, troubleshooting production issues, validating application data, supporting releases, and collaborating with global IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and perform daily application support and operational activities.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform database queries and use Oracle SQL for data validation, reporting, and analysis.




- Troubleshoot API-related issues using Postman, including payload and schema analysis.
- Perform REST and SOAP API testing.
- Conduct UAT and post-deployment validations for application releases.
- Support project lifecycle activities, including implementation and rollout phases.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and regional teams across different geographies.
- Analyze technical issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate technical specifications into clear business requirements and vice versa.
- Document complex technical and workflow processes in clear and understandable language.
- Participate in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Monitor integrated applications and APIs using appropriate monitoring tools.
