Job Title: F&B; Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Supervisor to oversee day-to-day canteen and Reserve Lounge operations, manage Guest Service Associates (GSA), and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage GSA/Guest Service staff, including duty allocation, attendance, grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Oversee daily canteen and Reserve Lounge operations and ensure smooth guest service.
- Coordinate with canteen kitchen staff for food preparation, dispatch, and timely service.
- Manage and coordinate food transportation between different canteen locations.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower and operational requirements between different canteen locations.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve service-related issues promptly.




- Manage AEP coordination for GSA staff, including tracking pass expiry dates and coordinating fresh AEP, renewal, and required documentation.
- Maintain operational records and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and airport operational requirements.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; operations/supervisory role, preferably in a canteen, hospitality, catering, or airport environment.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and operational requirements.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
