Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D modeling, detailing, and drafting.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in ArtCAM for design and CNC programming applications.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with 3D design and sculpting software such as Rhino and ZBrush.
- Solid knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming for CNC machining operations.
- Create, review, and modify detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC milling programs to improve machining efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with clients to discuss drawings, design modifications, and technical detailing requirements.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, measurements, and drawing accuracy.
- Maintain CNC machines, tooling inventory, spare parts records, and production documentation.
- Perform program testing,
troubleshooting, and process improvements to ensure smooth machining operations.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to achieve timely project execution and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce machine cycle time, minimize material wastage, and enhance productivity through process optimization.
