About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist – SAP Recruitment
to join our Talent Acquisition team in
Bengaluru or Pune
.
- The ideal candidate will have robust experience in
end-to-end recruitment
, with a significant focus on hiring
SAP functional and technical professionals
across multiple modules and engagement types.
- This role will work closely with
delivery leads, practice heads, and business stakeholders
to understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for SAP roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Source and engage SAP talent across functional modules such as
SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, PP, QM, WM/EWM
and technical areas including
ABAP, Basis, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP
.
- Partner with hiring managers, delivery leads, and practice heads to understand hiring requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong
SAP talent pipelines
for current and future hiring requirements.
- Leverage
LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, employee referrals, and niche SAP talent communities
for candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical fit, module expertise, certifications, experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews with technica
