• Review of batch packing record in packing stage • Discuss the monthly plan with all team members & action plan for to achieve the same • Trouble shooting and attending the breakdown of equipment. • Ensure online documentation as per cGMP requirement & compliance to cGMP & other regulatory markets • Technical/GMP & Regulatory requirement Training to all subordinates. • To Monitor & Control of product yield & Material consumption during packing operations • Ensure stage wise Reconciliation of Product/Packing Material • Recent equipment finalization & Implementation of Automation • Budgetary requirement & Control on expenses. • Performance review of subordinates & improvement action plan."
