Brand Imprint is looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, coordinating with creative and marketing teams, and turning client requirements into successful projects, this chance is for you.

The ideal candidate will have 1.5–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role, along with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations and convert them into clear and actionable internal briefs.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, digital marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates,



progress, feedback, and requirements.
- Handle client queries, feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, project updates, and documentation.
- Identify potential challenges and proactively coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support the team in improving client satisfaction, retention, and overall account performance.
