Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth for Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, networking, and customer relationship management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire current customers for Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit products.

* Generate business through direct sales, references, networking, lead databases, and corporate connections.

* Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable FD and RD products.

* Provide accurate information regarding deposit options, tenure, interest rates, and applicable terms.





* Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into successful business.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

* Develop new channels and referral networks to generate consistent business opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing, and customer onboarding.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.

* Ensure all customer acquisition and business activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
