A civil engineer for residential apartment projects manages on-site construction, structural quality, and contractor coordination from foundation to finish. Candidates typically need 3 to 6 years of hands-on residential building experience, a degree in Civil Engineering, and robust knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and concrete technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution, including excavation, footing, RCC framing, brickwork, and finishing works for multi-story apartments.
- Ensure construction strictly follows approved structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor material quality, conduct concrete cube tests, check steel reinforcement (BBS verification), and supervise the curing process.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to resolve site technical queries or delays.
- Track daily progress, maintain stock logs, and manage raw material consumption and wastage.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols across all elevated and ground-level workspaces.

Pay: ₹20,000.67 - ₹35,000.75 per month
