Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with MSME and SME clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate loan products and solutions. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, follow up on leads, assist with loan applications,
and coordinate with internal teams and partner banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring loan performance, addressing client queries, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant financial services. The role also involves achieving sales and portfolio growth targets while providing a professional, ethical, and service-focused experience to all clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, customer service, and account management.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and target-driven execution.
- Candidates should possess financial acumen, with understanding of MSME/SME lending, working capital, trade finance, and credit processes.
