About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to join our team and work on enterprise Identity & Access Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IAM architecture, implementation, access governance, and enterprise identity solutions, along with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Work on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), SSO, MFA, RBAC, and access management.
- Configure and integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and directories.
- Manage user lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and role management.
- Analyze existing IAM environments and recommend improvements.
- Support IAM implementation, migration, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.




- Ensure IAM solutions follow security, compliance, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM/Identity Security.
- Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and access governance.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and application integrations.
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience working with enterprise clients and complex IAM environments.
- Knowledge of PAM, CIEM, or Non-Human Identity (NHI) is a plus.
- Relevant IAM/security certifications will be an advantage.
