Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, demonstrating the company's products and services, coordinating installations, and maintaining solid customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Meet business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Explain our software/technology solutions and their benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer client queries.
- Generate leads through market visits, references and direct prospecting.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain a regular sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product installation/onboarding.
- Maintain records of client meetings, leads and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in field sales/B2B sales/business development.
- Candidates with experience in software, SaaS, POS, payment solutions, FinTech, ERP, HRMS, PMS or IT solutions will be preferred.
