Job Description:

. Lead daily operations across copper melting, casting, extrusion, rolling, or drawing lines.

· Execute schedules to hit shift volume and timeline targets.

· Track and control scrap rates to minimize raw material waste.

· Assign tasks, goals and machine placements to operators and helpers.

· Maintain high housekeeping and organization standards across all production work areas using 5S methodologies.

· Inspect raw materials and finished copper against ISO 9001 and grade standards.

· Supervise, mentor, and train shift personnel on machinery operations, safety protocols, and standard procedures

· Resolve minor workforce grievances, manage shift attendance, and maintain a disciplined, productive floor environment.





Required Skills

· Hands-on expertise in copper metallurgy (temperatures, properties, shaping).

· Experience operating heavy plant machinery (furnaces, presses, drawing blocks).

· Practical knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, basic troubleshooting).

· Solid leadership to direct a large crew of skilled and contract labourers.

· Clear communication for floor instructions and structured shift handovers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
