Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong communication skills and an interest in international sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Engage with US/international clients and understand their requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate product demos and client meetings.
- Handle customer queries and support business closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in BPO,



International Voice, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- US/international customer exposure is preferred.
- SaaS/IT sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Strong learning ability and sales-oriented mindset.
