Job Title: HR Intern - Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and recruitment updates.
- Maintain and update candidate records
- Assist in organizing campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support other HR initiatives and administrative activities as required.

Required Qualifications




- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
