- Prepare and make patterns as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand casting and pattern drawings.
- Make and modify wooden, aluminium, plastic, and other foundry patterns.
- Provide proper shrinkage, draft, and machining allowances.
- Make and repair core boxes and other foundry tools.
- Check pattern dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Carry out pattern correction and modification based on casting inspection.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to solve pattern-related problems.
- Maintain and store patterns properly with identification details.
- Ensure patterns are completed on time and according to required quality.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

2–5 years of experience in foundry pattern making preferred.
