*About the Role*

*We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant/Lead to drive implementations and optimize Oracle Cloud Financials. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership in workshops, and hands-on experience across all core modules.*

*Responsibilities*
- *Lead workshops on process, design, configuration, testing, and validation.*
- *Conduct virtual interviews and act as lead for talent/recruiting work streams.*
- *Advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, and configure application functionality.*
- *Support testing: design documentation, custom reports,



interface testing, and conversions.*
- *Collaborate effectively with end-users remotely.*
- *Demonstrate expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CE & Tax modules.*
- *Apply implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile).*

*Required Skills*
- *8+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience in a functional role.*
- *Solid knowledge of Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA.*

*Preferred Skills*
- *Experience with Cloud Financials business processes.*
- *Awareness of Oracle Cloud Journeys solution.*
