We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager / Branch Head to lead branch business, team performance, client acquisition, operations, risk management and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Acquire and manage HNI and Corporate clients.
• Lead marketing and business development activities.
• Drive branch revenue and profitability.
• Manage business across Equity, Commodity and Distribution segments.
• Conduct daily team meetings and drive achievement of individual and branch targets.
• Review Revenue per Employee, business volumes, brokerage and client registrations.
• Organize investor meets to expand the client base.
• Lead, motivate and develop branch employees.
• Coordinate training related to products, communication, operations,
risk management and compliance.
• Monitor daily branch operations including pay-in, payouts and customer grievances.
• Manage risks related to trade errors, debtors and other branch activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular branch performance updates to the Regional Manager.
