Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including
CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
.
- Configure integrations using
REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies
.
- Perform scripting using
JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, and Windows scripting
.
- Support infrastructure discovery, monitoring, and CMDB data management.
- Participate in testing, deployments, Agile ceremonies, and SDLC activities.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in
ServiceNow ITOM
modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Knowledge of
Cloud Fundamentals
, Windows/Unix administration, and infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage).




- Experience with monitoring tools and ServiceNow reporting.
- Positive understanding of
SDLC, Agile/Scrum, ITIL concepts
, and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with integrations and automation scripting.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification.
- ServiceNow certifications in
Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping
.

Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Active participation in planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings
