Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and compound medications according to prescribed recipes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and medication usage.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Unani medicine and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control measures and regulatory requirements.
