Role Description
The Telemarketing Specialist role at Saish Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote financial products and services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up consultations. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, explaining Saish Capital’s offerings clearly,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The specialist will work closely with the sales and advisory teams to support campaigns, manage call lists, and meet set targets for lead conversion and client engagement. The role also involves handling basic customer inquiries, providing courteous support, and adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert inquiries, and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
