¢ Ability to establish relations with universities and IT training institutes to recruit interns and recent graduates
¢ 70% Recruitment activities , 30% General HR functional activitiesSkills¢ Good understanding of HR functions, roles, and responsibilities.
¢ Experience in: Performance Management,
Grievance Management, Performance
Management, Labour Laws, Attendance
Management, Leave Management
¢ Hands-on experience with online HR portals and ATS platforms.
