We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruitment and can manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening/interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn/Naukri and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
