We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, video editing tools, and motion graphics, along with a proven track record in developing high-quality digital learning content.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex concepts into visually engaging and effective learning materials while maintaining high design and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually compelling e-learning content and multimedia assets
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator
- Edit and produce qualified-grade video content for learning purposes
- Design and develop motion graphics and animated sequences using Adobe After Effects to enhance learner engagement
- Handle chroma key compositing (green screen removal)
for clean and professional video outputs
- Create animated infographics, kinetic typography, and visual effects that support instructional narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in e-learning content development
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong expertise in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in motion graphics design and animation using Adobe After Effects, including keyframing, expressions, and compositing
