Your work profile
- Lead supply chain and operations consulting projects focused on supply chain operating model, supply chain planning, network design, inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics, and manufacturing operations to drive performance improvements
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance supply chain agility, cost efficiency, and operational excellence for Chemical, Pharma and Industrial Goods sector clients
- Guide clients on investment decisions related to supply chain infrastructure, technology adoption, and capacity expansion to future-proof operations
- Conduct quantitative analysis using advanced supply chain modeling and scenario planning to evaluate operational and investment trade-offs
- Collaborate closely with client leadership to align supply chain strategy with broader business goals and sustainability initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Contribute to knowledge development and thought leadership on supply chain operations, policy, and investment trends
- Support business development activities by engaging with prospective clients, preparing proposals, and presenting insights at industry events
- Manage multiple projects with various team members that could be running in parallel
- As project leads ensuring project economics are well maintained (eg: revenue, project profitability, investments weeks, utilization etc.) and deliver projects profitably for the service line
