We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with key OEMs, identify recent business opportunities, and act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchase, and Logistics to deliver customer commitments on quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead customer meetings, business reviews, commercial discussions, and project follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Purchase, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor new product development (NPD), customer approvals, and project milestones to ensure on-time completion.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution through effective cross-functional coordination.
- Review production schedules and delivery performance to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare business reports, customer feedback summaries, sales forecasts, and action plans for management.
