Role Description
The Senior US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of engineering and corporate roles. This full time,



on-site role in Bengaluru involves developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans. The Senior US Recruiter will conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, evaluate profiles for cultural and role fit, schedule and facilitate interviews across time zones, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting employer branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Collaboration with HR, business leaders, and external partners will be key to meeting hiring targets and enhancing the candidate experience.
