Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing resource planning, utilization, and operational delivery across consulting, implementation, managed services,
and product development engagements. This role serves as the primary link between sales forecasts, project delivery, and workforce planning by ensuring the right resources are available to meet current and future client demands.

- Manage resource allocation across internal initiatives and client projects using the organization's resource management tools.
- Balance forecasted project demand with available resource capacity to ensure optimal staffing and utilization.
