Mobile App Developer cum CTO
who can lead our technology function while actively contributing to product development.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the overall
technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap
of 18Pixels.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Backend,
Android & iOS mobile applications
.
• Build scalable, secure, high-performance mobile applications from architecture to deployment.
• Take complete ownership of
mobile app development, APIs, backend integrations, databases, and third-party services
.
• Lead technical decisions related to technology stack, architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, and scalability.
• Manage and mentor developers and build a high-performing technology team.
• Review code, establish coding standards,
conduct technical reviews, and ensure quality.
• Work closely with the Founder/Product team to convert business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage
App Store and Google Play Store deployments
, releases, updates, and production issues.
• Monitor application performance, crashes, security vulnerabilities, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate new technologies, AI tools, APIs, and frameworks that can improve product development and business efficiency.
• Establish development processes including
Git, CI/CD, testing, documentation, code review, and deployment practices
.
• Take ownership of technology budgets, vendors, infrastructure, and external technology partners where required.
Technical Skills Required
Must Have:
• Strong experience in React, Node,
Flutter / React Native
or native Android/iOS development.
• Robust knowledge of
REST APIs, JSON, authentication, push notifications, payment gateways
